Mr. Duminda Pathirana is a prominent personality in the Sales and Marketing industry, who has gained his 14 years of experience from working in international conglomerates and brands, specializing in Finance, Healthcare and Textile industries.
He completed his bachelors in Business Administration from Curtin University, Australia, eventually acquiring Masters from Australian Institute of Management and he also possess a Pg. Dip in Management from LCMIT (UK). Mr. Pathirana believes that customer satisfaction builds the organization's reputation and value.
His remarkable eye for identifying the needs of the clients and his unique approaches have never failed in satisfying the demands of clients beyond expectations. Mr. Saritha Kuruppu has over 10 years of experience in the fields of Finance, Marketing and Operations Management. Through the experiences he has gathered through out the years, both in Sri Lanka and overseas, Mr. Kuruppu handles the overall operations division of Paxcell.
His vast exposure in several fields of the industry serves him explicitly when bringing fresh approaches and ideas to the management of Paxcell Holdings.

Mr. Akila Sooriyabandara is a talented young marketeer in the Sales and Marketing industry in Sri Lanka. He is a SLIM Sri Lanka qualified professional with more than 7 years of experience in many areas related to the Sales and Marketing Sector.

Dr. Pathirana is a proud member of Engineers Australia, Australian Association for Steel-Concrete Composite Structure (AASCCS) and Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka. His local and international experience in structural designing and project management obtained in several countries, mainly Sri Lanka, Australia and Maldives, is a great strength to the company.
Dr. Pathirana has done a number of research works related to innovative structures, structural health monitoring, sustainable construction methods and innovative smart building materials. His research work has been published in many leading international journals and conference publications including Journal of Constructional Steel Research (vol. 112, vol. 114), 10th International Conference on Advances in Steel Concrete Composite and Hybrid Structures, Singapore, 7th International Conference on Composite Construction, Queensland, Australia as well as 15th World Congress on Advances in Structural Engineering and Mechanics (ASEM15) His extensive knowledge and research in Structural Engineering, Construction Management and Built Environment have led to the success and praise of these many publications.
Dr. Pathirana is currently involved in such research with many reputed international companies as well as holding a lecturer position in Western Sydney University, Australia in Build Environment. His success is due to the multi-disciplinary approach he brings to the table which was practiced through his diverse career in a range of industries including engineering, manufacturing, designing and finance. Prior to taking over the stewardship of Paxcell Holdings, Dr. Pathirana has held several top level management positions in the Corporate Sector..
